Sometimes I record the audio of the moments.

My daily surroundings, the sounds I’ve come to love. Often from outside. In another room. Or from a distance. Other times close, as close as possible.

Sometimes there’s not much going on, just small changes, over time, one sound replaced by the next, it’s as if I am where I was. Often I sit still. The microphone as well. The world moves forward.

Maybe that’s what peace sounds like.
